The reception is open between 09:00-17:00. Guests who wish to store luggage before 09:00 on the day of departure are kindly requested to leave their luggage in the room. The property's staff will store the luggage at the front desk.
For luggage storage service after 09:00, please contact the reception staff. Please note that luggage storage after 09:00 will be provided at the I-Satellite luggage storage facility near Kyoto Station.
Luggage storage is available until 21:00. Early check-in is unavailable in any case at this property.
Please note that children cannot be accommodated in certain room types and that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children. The maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance.

暑假到了，小朋友開心放假之餘，學校老師指派的暑假作業也是當務之急。近日有網友分享了一張照片，讓許多網友笑到崩潰。一名網友在臉書「爆料公社一日小編」PO出一張照片，只見照片中一輛汽車的操作面板被藍色奇異筆畫得亂七八糟，讓原PO無奈的表示：「學校放暑假了，老師給學生們出的暑假作業，題目是『畫爸爸的車』」事發之後讓他哭笑不得，只能無奈分享照片，博君一笑。
看完照片後果然笑瘋了一票網友，紛紛留言「老師應該被爸爸罵了」、「乖寶寶，有認真寫作業」、「真乖，這麼快就交作業了」、「老師引起家庭革命哈哈哈哈哈」、「真的是X你老師了QQ」。
